Poland – Refuse and waste related services – Odbieranie i transport odpadów komunalnych od właścicieli nieruchomości w obrębie sektora III Miasta i Gminy Nidzica w okresie od 01.01.2027r. do 31.12.2029 r.

The subject of the procedure is the award of a contract for the collection and transport of municipal waste from the owners of occupied properties and the owners of unoccupied properties in the area of the Ecological Union of Municipalities "Działdowszczyzna" within the sector III of the City and Municipality of Nidzica and their transport to the indicated Ecological Union of Municipalities "Działdowszczyzna" Municipal Installations. 2. The subject of the contract includes the successive collection of waste from properties, including selectively collected waste, from the owners of occupied and unoccupied properties in the area of the Ecological Union of Municipalities "Działdowszczyzna" within sector III for the entire duration of the contract, i.e.: a) paper, b) metals, c) plastics, d) glass, e) multi-material packaging, f) bio-waste, g) ashes from domestic fires, h) unsorted (mixed) municipal waste, i) used electrical and electronic equipment, j) bulky waste, k) textiles and clothing 3. The contracting authority indicates that the collected waste should be handed over to: 1) Municipal Installation – Sorting Plant in Działdowo, ul. Przemysłowa 61, of the waste listed in point 2 lit. a-e, h-k; 2) Municipal Installation – Composting Plant in Zakrzewo, gm. Działdowo, of the waste listed in point 2 lit. f. 3) Municipal Installation - Landfill in Zakrzewo, gm. Działdowo of the waste listed in point 2 lit. g. The Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract is Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and in the draft contract - Annex 12 to the SWZ.
