The subject of the contract is the performance and delivery by the Contractor to the Contracting Authority, after carrying out the necessary consultations, of the documentation for the environmental protection plan and the environmental protection plan for the Landscape Park Dolina Dolnej Odry, including participation in the review and approval of these projects. 2. The Contracting Authority does not allow partial bids to be submitted. 4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Annex No. 11 to the SWZ – Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract (SOPZ) together with the annexes. 5. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the awarding of contracts, as referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the PZP Act. 6. The Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of variant bids. 7. Requirement to employ based on a contract for work. 1) Pursuant to Article 95(1) of the PZP Act, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or Subcontractor to employ, on the basis of a contract for work, persons performing the following activities within the scope of the contract: - Office work related to the compilation of the subject of the contract. 2) The employment, referred to in point 1, should last for the entire period of performing the activities to which it relates. 3) The employment, referred to in point 1, applies only to persons directly performing the aforementioned work. It does not apply to persons who manage the performance of the aforementioned work by other persons. 4) The requirements regarding the manner of documenting the employment of the aforementioned persons, the rights of the Contracting Authority to control the fulfilment of these requirements by the Contractor, and the penalties for their non-fulfilment are specified in detail in the Model Contract, which is Annex No. 10 to the SWZ. 8. The Contracting Authority requires that the offered service, including all products, services and processes used to implement the contract, both as main elements and as components, elements of the service delivery/ service environment or solutions accompanying them, does not include: 1) an ICT product, ICT service or ICT process indicated in the recommendation, referred to in Article 33(4) of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, stating their negative impact on the fundamental interest of the security of the state; 2) an ICT product, the type of which has been determined in a decision recognising the supplier as a high-risk supplier, referred to in Article 67b(15) of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, or ICT services or ICT processes specified in that decision. Non-compliance with the above requirements will result in the rejection of the bid pursuant to Article 226(1)(17) or (19) of the PZP Act.
