The subject of the public contract is the delivery of a system for independent calculation of dose, dosimetric verification of the plan and transmission dosimetry in radiotherapy according to the specifications and conditions set out in Annex No. 3 of the tender documentation. By the duration of the public contract (GR-Lot-PlannedDuration): Annex 3a TD (Template Purchase Agreement) 3.1. The Seller undertakes to deliver the system and to fulfill its other obligations in accordance with Article 2.1 of the Agreement within 180 days from the date of the Agreement's entry into force. The Seller is obliged to provide the information, documents and records necessary for the acceptance and use of the equipment, including the device's Unique Device Identifier (UDI), in accordance with Article 2.1 of the Agreement with at least a 10-day notice. 6.2. The Seller provides a 24-month warranty on the system. The warranty period is extended by the period during which the system is not operational due to defects to which the warranty relates. The warranty period starts running on the day the system is accepted by the Buyer. 2.2. The Seller commits, during the warranty period and for a period of 3 years after the end of the warranty period, to provide the following services (hereinafter referred to as "services"): to carry out safety and technical checks of the system, to carry out electrical inspections (hardware parts) of the system, to carry out preventive maintenance of the system, to carry out upgrades and updates of the system software, to provide consultancy services for the system. For a period of 3 years after the end of the warranty period, the services also include: the removal of defects in the system, which are covered by the liability for defects and the warranty for quality in accordance with Article 6 of the Agreement.
