Repair services RC1+ for the vessel N/H MAMAIA 2, in accordance with the requirements of the tender specifications – Section II of the award documents. The deadline for receiving requests for clarification from potential tenderers regarding the award documents: the 20th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. The contracting entity will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification/additional information by the 12th day before the deadline for the submission of tenders. In accordance with Article 29, paragraph 3 of the Annex to Government Decision No. 394/2016, the contracting entity will respond only to requests for clarification submitted by economic operators by the aforementioned deadline.
