The present public contract concerns a single contract for the construction of a waiting building with associated basic equipment, including sanitary facilities and staff rooms. Furthermore, the contract includes the redevelopment of the access area and immediate surroundings, including parking arrangements, as well as the adaptation of the access and secure perimeter. Soil decontamination is also an integral part of the contract.
