Waterford City and County Council wishes to invite tender submissions for the provision of services of a suitably qualified multi-disciplinary consultancy team to collaborate with the Council’s in-house Rural Development Team on the preparation of the Town Centre First Plan, for Lismore, Co. Waterford. The Consultancy Team shall include the following services at minimum: Architecture and Urban Design, Planning and Transportation Consultancy, Landscape and Public Realm Design, Publication / Visualisation production, Project Management with experience in Community and Economic Planning, Ecology and Heritage Consultancy
