The subject of the contract is the complete service of removal, transport and disposal of hazardous waste stored in Sosnowiec at: 1) ul. Brynicznej 9 (plot no. 4882/2, land register 9); 2) ul. Mikołajczyka 59a (plot no. 703/3, land register 12), hereinafter referred to as the "Waste". The task involves the proper and environmentally safe removal, transport and disposal of waste illegally stored on the specified site. The task must be carried out in accordance with the applicable regulations on waste management. 2. The description of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, common to both parts of the contract. 3. The use of the D5 process will only be permitted if the Contractor proves that disposal of the waste in the D10 process is impossible. To confirm the impossibility of using the D10 process, the Contractor will be required to submit a written statement from a hazardous waste processing facility confirming the lack of such possibility. 4. The contracting authority requires a bid bond for parts 1 and 2 of the contract. 5. Before the contract is awarded, the Contractor is required to provide a guarantee of due performance of the contract in an amount equal to 10% of the total price offered. The Contractor provides the guarantee separately for each part for which their offer has been deemed the most advantageous.
