Ireland – Environmental indicators analysis other than for construction – NRA for Forest Biomass under RED III 2026

The Services comprise the development of Ireland’s first National Risk Assessment (NRA) for forest biomass under RED III. The NRA will provide a national-level, risk-based framework to demonstrate compliance with EU sustainability criteria, reduce certification costs, and support Ireland’s climate and energy targets. This competition is made up of four (4) Work Packages (WPs) with Work Package 4 being for Optional Services which may or may not be availed of at SEAI’s discretion.
