Norway – Real estate services with own property – Framework agreement for estate agent services - Frøya municipality

Frøya municipality plans through the work on a maintenance plan for buildings and installations, a project where, among other things, older rental properties shall be assessed and possibly sold. The municipality is also carrying out the procurement of properties in connection with existing buildings or construction projects, housing for sale to disadvantaged and has a need for general consultancy related to the purchase and sale of properties. The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with one provider of real estate services who can assist the municipality.
