Poland – Laboratory furniture – Dostawa wraz z montażem mebli biurowych laboratoryjnych i dygestoriów dla Zakładu Higieny Weterynaryjnej Wojewódzkiego Inspektoratu Weterynarii w Katowicach

The subject of the contract is the supply and installation of office, laboratory furniture and digesters for the Veterinary Hygiene Department of the Voivodeship Veterinary Inspectorate in Katowice – in accordance with the requirements of the Contracting Authority. 2. The equipment and functional requirements are described in detail in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ – Description of the Subject of the Contract - Technical Description / according to the given floor of the building / basement, ground floor, 1st floor, 2nd floor, 3rd floor / and in the detailed description of the subject of the contract – Assortment and price specifications – Annexes No. 2.1.-2.5. to the SWZ. The colour scheme of the required laboratory and office furniture is contained in Annex No. 12 to the SWZ. 2. The contract execution time has been divided into two implementation stages and is described in detail in Section IV of the SWZ. Required contract implementation time - execution of the subject of the contract - with the specified and required by the Contracting Authority implementation time 1) I Stage of implementation of the subject of the contract – implementation by 30 December 2026 2) II Stage of implementation of the subject of the contract - by 20 December 2027 3. The detailed list of rooms to be implemented in each Stage is contained in Annex No. 1A to the SWZ 4. The arrangement of laboratory furniture according to the building floor of ZHW is contained in the technical drawings, which are Annexes No. 4.1-4.5 to the SWZ 5. The Contracting Authority requires the submission of an offer after the Contractor has conducted a site visit. Failure to conduct a site visit by the Contractor will result in the rejection of his offer on the basis of art. 226 para. 1 point 18 of the Pzp.
