The subject of the public procurement is the implementation of the I. stage of the completion of the town hall in Zlín, which includes construction work on the following objects: • SO 00.1 Demolition object plot no. 10 and courtyard objects plot no. 12 • SO 00.2 Demolition object plot no. 15 • SO 01 Object A – building modifications plot no. 12 • SO 02 Object B – new construction plot no. 10 • SO 05 External modifications • SO 06 Stormwater drainage • SO 07 Connections and relocations • SO 08 Substation and VN connection A more detailed description of the subject and technical conditions for the performance of the public procurement is defined by the project documentation for the execution of the construction, prepared for the contracting authority by the general designer Apropos Architects s.r.o., IČO: 05410509. The requirements for the scope of the subject of performance are specified in detail in the technical documentation, which is an annex to the tender documentation no. 1 – Project documentation, in the list of construction works, supplies and services with a schedule, which is an annex to the tender documentation no. 2, and further in the commercial conditions of the public procurement – Contract for Work, which forms an annex to the tender documentation no. 3 and Contract for the provision of subsequent care for the greenery, which forms an annex to the tender documentation no. 4.
