The procurement of “Protective Footwear” will ensure the protection of workers during the performance of activities, meet the applicable legislative requirements, and streamline the process of performing operational activities. Minimum and maximum estimated quantities Framework Agreement: According to the quantity annexes relating to Lot 1 and Lot 2, attached to this documentation. Estimated quantities for subsequent contracts: According to the quantity annexes relating to Lot 1 and Lot 2, attached to this documentation. Frequency of subsequent contracts to be awarded: According to the award documentation. The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract for each lot is: Lot 1 - Summer protective footwear, boot type: 2,158,400.00 lei ex VAT Lot 2 - Winter protective footwear, boot type: 1,383,751.00 lei ex VAT. Interested economic operators may request clarifications or additional information no later than the 19th day before the deadline for the submission of participation requests/offers, and the Contracting Entity will respond clearly and completely to all clarification requests from economic operators by the set deadline - in accordance with art. 29 para. (3) of HG 394/2016. The contracting entity reserves the right to transmit two consolidated responses, in accordance with the provisions of art. 172 para. (2) and art. 173 para. (1) of Law no. 99/2016, as follows: – a first consolidated response, transmitted no later than the 11th day before the initial deadline for the submission of offers; – a second consolidated response, transmitted no later than the 11th day before the modified deadline for the submission of offers, in the event that the deadline for the submission of offers is extended, under the conditions of art. 163 of Law no. 99/2016.
