Supply of medical equipment and supplies for the Ambulatory of the Tulcea County Hospital, within the project "Rehabilitation, Modernisation of Tulcea Ambulatory" 1. In accordance with the provisions of Article 160(1) of Law 98/2016, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is 25 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. 2. In accordance with the provisions of Article 161(1) of Law 98/2016, to the extent that requests for clarifications or additional information have been addressed within the timeframe provided for in the participation notice, the contracting authority will respond, clearly and completely, to all requests for clarifications/additional information, on the 15th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
