1. The subject of the contract is the supply of office furniture, metal inserts for cupboards, chairs and orthopaedic armchairs, divided into four parts: 1) Partial task no. 1: Supply of office furniture; 2) Partial task no. 2: Supply of metal inserts for cupboards; 3) Partial task no. 3: Supply of chairs; 4) Partial task no. 4: Supply of orthopaedic armchairs. 2. Detailed requirements relating to the subject of the contract, with regard to each partial task, are contained in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract (abbreviated: OPZ). The contracting authority has prepared a description of the subject of the contract, taking into account the requirements regarding accessibility for people with disabilities (applies to partial task no. 4). 3. The contracting authority allows the submission of partial tenders. Each part of the contract will be considered separately. The contractor may submit a tender in relation to all, or any chosen part(s) of the contract. 4. The contracting authority envisages the application of the so-called reverse procedure, as referred to in Article 139(1) of the Act of 11 September 2019 on Public Procurement (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2026, item 793, as amended) – hereinafter the Pzp Act. The contracting authority will first carry out an examination and evaluation of the tenders, and then qualify the contractor whose tender has been most highly evaluated, in terms of the absence of grounds for exclusion and the fulfilment of the conditions of participation in the procedure.
