The subject of the contract is the review and maintenance of respirators and anaesthesia machines for the duration of the contract, 36 months, at the Independent Public Provincial Hospital in Szczecin. The contractor is obliged to carry out the contract in accordance with the principles and conditions described in the contract project, which is Annex No. 4 to SWZ, and in the contract subject description, which is Annex No. 1/1A/1B to SWZ.
