The subject of the order is the supply of office furniture, swivel chairs and stools for the organisational units of the Polish State Water Holding Wody Polskie. The detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in Annex No. 1 to SWZ (Annex No. 1 to SWZ-OPZ after amendment No. 2), which contains descriptions of the ordered assortment and the assortment-price evaluation forms included in Annexes No. 2.1 – 2.7 to SWZ, separately for each part of the order. 4.2 The ordering party informs that: 4.2.1 Partial tenders are allowed 4.2.2 The order has been divided into 7 parts: 1/ Supply of furniture for the needs of RZGW in Warsaw and subordinate units, Part 1 – Ciechanów Water Management Board 2/ Supply of furniture for the needs of RZGW in Warsaw and subordinate units, Part 2 – Dębem Water Management Board 3/ Supply of furniture for the needs of RZGW in Warsaw and subordinate units, Part 3 – Łowicz Water Management Board 4/ Supply of furniture for the needs of RZGW in Warsaw and subordinate units, Part 4 – Piotrków Trybunalski Water Management Board 5/ Supply of furniture for the needs of RZGW in Warsaw and subordinate units, Part 5 – Warsaw Water Management Board 6/ Supply of furniture for the needs of RZGW in Warsaw and subordinate units, Part 6 – Radom Water Management Board 7/ Supply of furniture for the needs of RZGW in Warsaw and subordinate units, Part 7 – Regional Water Management Board in Warsaw 4.2.3 The ordering party does not allow further division of the order within the individual parts. 4.3 The contractor may submit a tender for one or more parts of the order. 4.4 The ordering party does not allow the possibility of submitting variant tenders. 4.5 The ordering party does not provide for the possibility of awarding orders, as referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Pzp Act. 2.1 The procedure for awarding the subject public order is conducted pursuant to the provisions of the Act of 11 September 2019 on Public Procurement – hereinafter referred to as the "Pzp Act" – and the executive regulations issued on the basis thereof, in particular the Regulation of the Minister of Development, Labour and Technology of 30 December 2020 on the subject-matter evidence and other documents or declarations that the ordering party may require from the contractor – hereinafter referred to as the "MR Regulation" – in an open tender procedure. 2.2 In accordance with Article 139 of the Pzp Act, the ordering party will first carry out an examination and evaluation of the tenders, and then carry out a subjective qualification of the contractor whose tender has been most highly evaluated, in terms of the absence of grounds for exclusion and the fulfilment of the conditions for participation in the procedure. 2.3 Pursuant to Article 257 of the Pzp Act, the ordering party reserves the right to invalidate the subject procedure if the funds that the ordering party intended to allocate for the financing of the whole or part of the subject order are not granted to it. In the event of invalidation on the basis of the above grounds, the contractors are not entitled to a refund of the costs of participating in the procedure 7.3 No conditions of participation in the procedure are established. 13. TENDER BINDING PERIOD. The contractor remains bound by the submitted tender until 2.11.2026. The period of the tender binding begins with the expiry of the tender submission deadline. The delivery deadline for the order for each part is the same and is 45 working days from the date of signing the contract. NOTICE: The delivery deadline constitutes an additional criterion for selecting the tender.
