The framework agreement will be executed through the issuance of purchase orders. Each lot will be subject to a separate award. The services are paid for by unit prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and include the totality of the renewal periods. The present framework agreement concerns the acquisition of educational materials, motor skills equipment, games and toys for the services of the City of Tremblay en France (early childhood). Each service of the City of Tremblay en France ensures the daily execution of the contract for its own account in terms of the placement of its orders, the payment of its invoices, the management of deliveries and any potential After-Sales Services (SAV).
