1. The subject of the order is a service in the field of corrective maintenance of the modular table set MSS TENTAR 2 in the quantity of 2 units (including: basic order 1 unit, optional order 1 unit). 2. The requirements and detailed description of the subject of the order are specified in Annex No. 1 to SWZ and the remaining tender documentation, which will be placed on the internet page of the conducted procedure https://platformazakupowa.pl/pn/2rblog. 3. The Purchaser envisages the right of option in the subject matter of the procedure. Within the framework of this contract, the Purchaser envisages the possibility of exercising the right of option, within the limits not greater than those indicated in § 2, paragraph 2, of the contract template. The Purchaser's exercise of the right of option will be initiated by sending to the Contractor an appropriate notification in writing or in documentary form. The Contractor has no claim against the Purchaser for the performance of optional deliveries.
