France – Repair and maintenance services of central heating – Marché d'exploitation et maintenance des installations ECS / CVC, traitement d’eau et groupe électrogène pour le SDIS 30

The contract is for the Contractor to operate, on behalf of the Authority, under a performance contract, the following facilities: • heating, • production and distribution of domestic hot water, • air conditioning, • water treatment for heating, chilled water and domestic hot water networks, • disconnection and anti-pollution devices for all water networks, • emergency electrical power generation by generator set, • Mechanical Ventilation and extraction of garages, As well as: • ad-hoc maintenance interventions carried out as part of technical assistance, related to any electrical malfunctions or water leaks present in all establishments covered by the Contract. This service covers the facilities existing at the date of award of the Contract and those that may be attached to them.
