Poland – Public-service buses – Dostawa 2 sztuk niskoemisyjnych autobusów do obsługi linii miejskiej na terenie miasta Kamienna Góra

The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of 2 new low-emission interurban public transport buses, category M3, class II, adapted for the transport of disabled persons in wheelchairs, low-floor, low-emission, powered by electricity, Euro 6 step E emission standard, along with electronic equipment, additional equipment, necessary software, documentation, and training of the contracting authority's staff. 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is the technical specification – Annex No. 8 to the SWZ. 3. The contracting authority informs that, pursuant to Article 393(1)(4) of the PZP Act, it will reject an offer in which the share of products originating in EU Member States, countries with which the European Union has concluded agreements on the equal treatment of enterprises, or countries to which the provisions of Directive 2014/25/EU apply by virtue of a decision of the Council, does not exceed 50%. A product originating in a given country shall be understood in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 952/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 October 2013 laying down the Union Customs Code, Article 60:  a good wholly obtained in a given country or on a given territory is deemed to originate in that country or territory,  a good, the production of which involves more than one country or more than one territory, is deemed to originate in the country or territory in which the good was last subjected to a substantial, economically justified processing or working, in a business adapted for that purpose, which resulted in the creation of a new product or constituted an important stage in the manufacture; in the case of the subject contract, these products are buses. Accordingly, the Contractor is obligated to submit a declaration on the origin of the products with the offer, the content of which is contained in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
