Germany – Parcel transport services – Beförderung von Paketen für teilnehmende sächs. Justizdienststellen aus den Regionen Dresden, Leipzig, Zwickau, Chemnitz und Görlitz

The subject of this procedure is the service for the transport of parcels from participating Saxon judicial authorities in the regions of Dresden, Leipzig, Zwickau, Chemnitz and Görlitz. The postal service includes the collection of ready-to-ship parcels from the respective judicial authorities, possibly also from branch and external offices, onward transport and delivery to the addressee within and outside Germany. Domestic delivery: The contractor delivers the shipments to the recipient no later than the third working day (Monday to Saturday) after collection. The delivery times are based on the guidelines in accordance with § 18 Abs. 1 PostG. Deliveries must be made from Monday to Saturday. International delivery: The contractor collects the parcels from the respective judicial authorities, possibly also from branch and external offices, and hands over the parcels to be delivered to the universal postal service provider of the Federal Republic of Germany for onward transport to recipients abroad in accordance with the provisions of the Universal Postal Union. The transfer of parcels to another parcel service provider, who delivers parcels abroad outside the system of the Universal Postal Union, is permitted. The contractor ensures that the other parcel service provider nevertheless complies with the principles for delivery, liability and tracing resulting from the Universal Postal Union. Condition: Registration in the directory of providers of postal services (provider directory) of the Federal Network Agency (Bundesnetzagentur) (Section 4 PostG).
