Romania – Miscellaneous food products – Furnizare de produse alimentare pentru restaurantul din cadrul Complexului Silva

The subject of the contract is the supply of food products for the Silva Complex, in order to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant and canteen activities that function within the National Forest Administration - Romsilva. The deadline for receiving clarification requests: 18 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders, in accordance with art. 160 and 161 of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement, as amended and supplemented. The contracting authority will respond clearly and comprehensively to all clarification requests/additional information requests, once, on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders, in accordance with the provisions of art. 160 and art. 161 of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement with subsequent amendments and additions. The contracting authority will only respond to clarification requests submitted by interested economic operators through SEAP, until the deadline set for the submission of clarification requests.
