Bulgaria – Project-management services other than for construction work – „Избор на екип от външни експерти за организация и управление на проект: “Реконструкция и доизграждане на ВиК инфраструктура на обособена територия обслужвана от "Водоснабдяване и канализация" ЕООД - Стара Загора”

The subject of the present procurement is “Selection of a team of external experts for the organization and management of the project: “Reconstruction and completion of the water supply and sewerage (WSS) infrastructure on a designated territory serviced by "Vodosnabdyavane i Kanalizatsiya" EOOD - Stara Zagora”. The purpose of the present public procurement is the successful (in terms of time, technical, financial, environmental, and other aspects) execution of the activities envisaged for implementation in the project proposal. The selected contractor will provide consultancy services – organization, management, and reporting of the activities envisaged in the project, ensuring the quality and timely execution and reporting of the project as a whole, in accordance with the conditions of the ADBF. The selected contractor will be responsible for the overall organization and coordination of the work process for the management and implementation of the project and the activities thereof, by defining, specifying, and allocating specific tasks among the experts. The expected results are as follows: Successful implementation of the project in accordance with the approved budget, deadlines, and indicators; Compliance with the conditions of the ADBF and the requirements of the financing body; Efficient financial management of the project; Prepared reports (technical and financial reports) reflecting the progress of the work on the project; All reports and statements prepared and submitted on time, in accordance with the requirements of the Programme; Verified amounts and avoidance of verification rejection when implementing activities under the project; Quality and timely construction of the project's facilities; Ensured coordination and control of the activities of all external contractors selected through public procurement procedures; Achieved effective communication between the Beneficiary and the selected contractors. Prepared and submitted payment requests for the project; Successful completion of the project.
