Medical imaging system with included related services, consisting of a computer tomograph (1 unit) and an optical coherence tomograph (1 unit), Arrangement of the space necessary for the installation of the equipment consisting of: -a technical project that includes radiation protection, special air conditioning and approvals from the CNCAN. The main stages and requirements presuppose the compartmentalisation of the rooms, compliance with weight and power supply standards, as well as the obtaining of legal authorisations. -examination room (Gantry), control room - operator's room, ancillary spaces (patient changing area, sanitary group, IT equipment space, -radiological shielding: wall shielding, floor and ceiling protection, replacement of existing joinery (doors, windows) -air conditioning (HVAC) - the existing space must be equipped with new piping for a dedicated HVAC system, capable of maintaining 20-22°C and constant humidity. -electrical supply - stable three-phase circuit - separate electrical branching, pulling a three-phase power cable directly from the main board, capable of supporting peak loads -cable routes - since deep channels cannot be cut into the existing floor without affecting its resistance, the cables between the scanner and the control room will be routed through apparent technical channels or raised technical flooring. -dedicated UPS system to prevent voltage drops - high-density acoustic insulation of the ceiling The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting tenders/applications is 18 days. The deadline within which all requests for clarification/supplementary information will be answered clearly and completely is by the 11th day before the deadline for submitting tenders.
