The subject of the contract is the ongoing supply of a medicinal product containing the active substance faricimab (ATC S01LA09) for the treatment of patients in the approved indications according to the SPC valid on the date of submission of tenders, in the range according to the needs of the contracting authority. The contracting authority's aim is to ensure the ongoing supply of medicinal products for the treatment of patients for a period of 1 year from the date of the effectiveness of the framework agreement.
