The subject of the public contract is the supply of a new PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) solution for Nemocnice Znojmo and the expansion to include new components and the supply of necessary hardware equipment for the operation of the entire solution. This solution will ensure the distribution and controlled secure access to medical imaging documentation from anywhere via the internet and the sharing of image data both within the hospital and with external workers and other specialist facilities in the time necessary to provide quality healthcare. The subject of the fulfilment also includes the supply of essential hardware infrastructure, system software and workstations for the operation of the information system. Furthermore, the provision of support services is also part of the subject of the fulfilment. The detailed specification of the subject of the public contract, including the technical conditions in the details necessary for the processing of the offer, is given in the annexes of the tender documentation. Annex No. 4 of the tender documentation (containing specific data of selected departments) contains confidential information. The contracting authority will provide the relevant part of the tender documentation to the suppliers in accordance with Section 36(8) of the ZZVZ in conjunction with Section 96(2) of the ZZVZ, only upon request and upon submission of a signed confidentiality agreement (hereinafter referred to as “NDA”).
