The subject of the tender procedure is the conclusion of framework agreements between the individual contracting authorities and one supplier, on the basis of which public contracts will be awarded for the supply of liquid medicinal oxygen (hereinafter referred to as "medicinal oxygen" or "liquid medicinal oxygen"). The subject of the tender procedure is also - the provision of service for medicinal oxygen cylinders (hereinafter referred to as "cylinder") at all contracting authorities, - the rental of a medicinal oxygen cylinder with a telemetric unit in the case of Nemocnice Znojmo, p. o. and Nemocnice TGM Hodonín, p. o. and - the rental of a telemetric unit in the case of Nemocnice Břeclav, p. o. The subject of the framework agreements is to ensure continuous supplies of liquid medicinal oxygen including the logistics of supplies, rental of cylinders, rental of telemetric units and service of cylinders, all in accordance with all the conditions set out in this tender documentation and its annexes, so that the proper operation of the contracting authorities, as healthcare providing facilities (hereinafter referred to as "facilities"), is ensured. The provision of healthcare is directly related to the properties of the supplied liquid medicinal oxygen, which must meet all the requirements according to the relevant legal regulations, or relevant technical standards. The medicinal oxygen will be filled into cylinders, which are owned by the South Moravian Region, as the founder of the contracting authorities and under the management of these contracting authorities, with the exception of Nemocnice Znojmo, a contributory organisation and Nemocnice TGM Hodonín, a contributory organisation, which will have the cylinder on rent from the selected supplier for the duration of the framework agreement and the supplier will fill medicinal oxygen into the cylinders rented by them.
