Croatia – Construction work for sports facilities – Izvođenje radova na izgradnji školske sportske dvorane OŠ Slunj

The subject of the procurement is the reconstruction of OŠ Slunj – namely, the execution of works on the construction of a school sports hall and an artificial turf sports field, with the arrangement of the surroundings at the location k.č. 171/1, k.o. Slunj 1, Školska 17, Slunj. The building, due to the complexity of the construction according to the Construction Act, is classified in group 2.b. – extension of the school sports hall, and the works will be carried out on the basis of a building permit KLASA: UP/I-361-03/25-01/000046, URBROJ: 2133-07-02/11-26-0020 issued on 08.04.2026 by the Administrative Department for Construction and Environment, Section for Spatial Planning and Construction of Karlovac County. The works include the extension of a single-unit school sports hall with assembly stands, connected to the existing school with a warm connection - a connecting corridor, with a double block of sanitary facilities and changing rooms, an external entrance for visitors with sanitary facilities and prescribed fire access, and the construction of an artificial turf field with concrete stands, as well as the arrangement of the school park on the remaining part of the plot which is not used for teaching or sports. The extension of the sports hall is designed on the western side of the existing school building, in the space between the two wings, and consists of a ground floor part (changing rooms, locker rooms, corridors ...) and a hall part with a playing field and mobile stands. The newly designed school sports hall has dimensions of 28.17 x 33.18m, the connecting corridor 7.99 x 2.40m, the windbreak 2.47 x 2.91m, the main entrance 13.68 x 0.86 to 3.86m, and the canopy over the main entrance to the hall is 4.55 x 1.60m. The artificial turf sports field is located in the northeast part of the plot. The sports field has dimensions of 44.00x27.00m, the concrete stands max dimensions 25.50x3.10m, and the park next to the field max dimensions 15.00x27.00m.
