Description

The subject of the public contract is the continuous supply of consumable materials, single-use bipolar electro-surgical instruments for vascular fusion (hereinafter also referred to as the "goods") for the General Teaching Hospital in Prague (hereinafter referred to as the "GFH") including the loan of a generator. During the duration of the purchase agreement for the repeated performance of deliveries of goods, the selected supplier will provide the contracting authority with a free temporary use of the electro-surgical generator (hereinafter also referred to as the "subject of the loan") and will ensure its free maintenance and regular maintenance at its own expense. The subject of the public contract (hereinafter also referred to as the "PC") is also defined by the mandatory draft contracts, which are Annex 2 of the tender conditions (Annex 2a – Draft Purchase Agreement, and Annex 2b – Draft Loan Agreement), Annex 8 of the tender conditions – Itemized Price List, and Annex 9 of the tender conditions – Technical Parameters of the Subject of the Contract (Annex 9a – Technical Parameters of Goods, and Annex 9b – Technical Parameters of the Subject of the Loan). The quantity of the subject of the contract in the individual items listed in Annex 8 of the tender conditions – Itemized Price List, is an indicative or expected quantity. The contracting authority is entitled to determine the specific quantity and time of performance of individual partial deliveries according to its immediate or current needs with regard to the composition of patients, without penalty or other sanction from the selected supplier.
