The subject of the contract is the provision by the Contractor of support for devices for the following periods, in accordance with the dates of completion of the current support period, namely: 1.1. from 12.10.2026 to 11.10.2030 – for devices listed in points 1-4 of the device definition contained in the contract project constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ; 1.2. from 22.12.2026 to 21.12.2030 – for devices listed in points 5-23 of the device definition contained in the contract project constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ; 1.3. from 1.01.2027 to 31.12.2030 – for devices listed in points 24-34 of the device definition contained in the contract project constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ; 1.4. from 18.01.2027 to 17.01.2031 – for devices listed in points 35-38 of the device definition contained in the contract project constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 2. Support for Devices will be carried out in consecutive periods, each of which corresponds to a period of 365 days, and in the case where it covers a leap year – 366 days. 3. In the event that the Contractor is unable to provide Support from the start dates indicated in clause 1, the first period of Support begins on the date of actual provision of Support, but no earlier than the dates indicated in clause 1, and subsequent periods are determined as directly consecutive periods, as mentioned in clause 2. 4. A detailed description and the manner of execution of the contract has been described in the contract project constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
