Description

The subject of the order is the supply of consumable materials for the scientific research conducted at the InLife Institute of Animal Reproduction and Food Research of the Polish Academy of Sciences. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in the tender form – Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. The buyer did not allow partial offers to be submitted during the tender process due to the single subject of the order. Each Contractor may submit one offer. 2. The offered consumable materials and laboratory accessories must meet the requirements in terms of dimensions, type of material, and additional parameters described in the tender form – Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. The offered laboratory materials must be approved for circulation in the territory of Poland or the EU. 3. The Contractor delivers the products with the attached characteristic cards and/or quality specification containing basic data and physical and chemical requirements confirming the compliance of the delivered products with the SWZ. 4. The warranty period (validity period) for the products must not be shorter than 12 months, counting from the date of delivery. The procedure for checking and confirming the compliance of the delivered order and the method of reporting complaints are in accordance with the provisions in the draft contractual clauses – Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. 5. The contract with the Contractor will be concluded for a period of 12 months from the date of signing. The partial delivery deadline will be in accordance with the deadline offered by the Contractor in the offer: a maximum of 30 days from the date of the order placement by the buyer. The delivery deadline is one of the criteria for evaluating offers. 6. SUBSTANTIVE EVIDENTIARY MEANS A. The buyer requires the Contractor to submit, together with the offer, characteristic cards of the offered materials and/or a quality specification containing basic data and physical and chemical requirements confirming that the offered products meet all the requirements of the buyer indicated in the description of the subject of the order. B. The Contractor submits the characteristic cards together with the offer. The documents are submitted in original or certified copy in electronic form with a qualified electronic signature. If the original of the document mentioned above was not prepared in the form of an electronic document, the Contractor may prepare and submit an electronic copy of the document in their possession. In the case of the Contractor submitting an electronic copy of the document, marking it with a qualified electronic signature is equivalent to certifying the electronic copy of the document for compliance with the original. Documents prepared in a foreign language should be submitted together with a translation into Polish. C. If the Contractor does not submit the above-mentioned substantive evidentiary means or they are incomplete, the buyer, in accordance with Article 107(2) of the Pzp Act, will call the Contractor once, within a specified deadline, to submit or complete them.
