The subject of the procurement procedure is the provision of technical equipment for the duration of a nearly 4-month water show, as well as the planning and execution of the water show in Heilbronn from 17.06.2027 to 09.10.2027, including its subsequent dismantling. The Contractor is responsible for all services necessary for the complete, functional fulfillment of the service, provision of technical equipment (multimedia system) for the duration of the nearly 4-month water show, as well as planning and execution of the show. This also applies to those services that are necessary in addition to those services mentioned in Part B of the service description (Form 001). All required services must be included in the total price. The contracting authority expects a ready-to-play system including support, so-called supported "turnkey solution". All applicable public law regulations that apply to the project must be complied with, including, but not limited to, TA-Lärm, nature and/or species protection requirements, and water law regulations.
