The subject of the procedure and the contract is the selection of a Contractor for the successive supply of reagents and consumable materials, hereinafter referred to as materials, reagents or products, for the organisational units of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków (excluding the Collegium Medicum UJ), intended in particular for the implementation of tasks in the field of education, research activities and the commercialisation of the results of this activity. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including a quantitative list of reagents and consumable materials, is set out in Annex A to the SWZ, which is also the price calculation form and a catalogue available on the website https://sklep.labmaven.pl/, which includes a list of reagents and consumable materials not included in Annex A to the SWZ, but covered by the subject of the contract. 2.1 By "Catalogue" the Contracting Authority means the current electronic catalogue of reagents and consumable materials, available at https://sklep.labmaven.pl/, which includes products in the Contractor's commercial offer, for the distribution of which it is authorised and which fall within the scope of the subject of the contract.
