The framework agreement will be executed by the issuance of purchase orders. Each lot will be the subject of a separate award. The services are paid for by unit prices. The present framework agreement aims to carry out the collection and transport of illegal dumping on the territory of the City of Rosny-sous-Bois on all public and private roads open to public traffic. Under the present contract, illegal dumping is defined as all waste deposited illegally, outside the solutions and rules provided by the regulatory collection system offered to users, regardless of the nature of these wastes and in particular: household waste, mixed waste, rubble, green waste, waste electrical and electronic equipment, hazardous waste, asbestos, used textiles, gas bottles.
