Description

1. The subject of the contract is the long-term lease of vehicles for Government Administrative Units indicated in Annex 1 to the SWZ, divided into parts. 2. The detailed method of implementing the subject of the contract is specified in Annex 3 to the SWZ - Draft Contract Terms and Annex 2A to the SWZ - Technical Specification. 3. The contracting authority, in describing the subject of the contract, used a document prepared by the Institute for Motor Industry Research SAMAR entitled "Segmentation of the SAMAR Market – Passenger and Commercial Vehicles up to 6 tonnes GVM", published on the public website of IBRM SAMAR (https://www.samar.pl) in the Reports and Analyses tab, Library of Reports, under number 22. The contracting authority recommends that the Contractor, when preparing the offer, familiarise themselves with the current version of the above document. 4. The contract will be implemented on the basis of an agreement concluded between the Contractor and each Unit. The detailed terms on which COAR will conclude the agreement on behalf of each Unit are specified in the Draft Contract Terms, which is Annex 3 to the SWZ. 5. The procedure is implemented as part of a project co-financed from the funds of the European Union; Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy - Contracting Authority declares that the remuneration is co-financed from the funds of the European Union from the Cohesion Fund as part of the Technical Assistance for European Funds Programme for 2021-2027. Office of Electronic Communications - The subject of the contract will be partially implemented as part of projects co-financed by the European Union from the funds of the Technical Assistance Programme European Funds for Digital Development for 2021-2027 (PT FERC) and the State budget and partially implemented as part of projects financed by the European Union from the funds of the National Reconstruction and Resilience Plan (KPO). 6. The contracting authority may cancel the procurement procedure if the funds that the contracting authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been granted to it, and the possibility of cancelling the procedure on this basis has been provided for in the contract notice.
