Frequency of contracts to be awarded: The awarding of subsequent contracts will be carried out within the allocated budget funds, depending on needs and the number of economic operators signatories to the framework agreements, without being limited to the descriptions below, as follows: • at least 1 subsequent contract for the period October 2026 - 31.12.2026 (Lots 53 - 56); • at least 1 subsequent contract for the period January 2027-30.04.2027 (Lots 1-57); • at least 1 subsequent contract for the period May 2027-31.12.2027 (Lots 1-57); • at least 1 subsequent contract for the period January 2028-30.04.2028 (Lots 1-57); • at least 1 subsequent contract for the period May 2028-30.09.2028 (Lots 53 - 56); • at least 1 subsequent contract for the period May 2028-31.12.2028 (Lots 1-52,57); with the possibility of extension until 31.12.2028, (Lots 53 - 56), in accordance with the provisions of art. 107 para. (4) of H.G.R no.395/2016, with subsequent amendments and additions, in the event that the maximum quantity of the framework agreement has not been reached, corroborated with the number of students who will be enrolled and the indicators found at C.R.A.P. Prahova. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders is 18 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification. The response of the contracting authority to these requests must be transmitted with 11 days, before the deadline set for the submission of tenders.
