Alan Braun, dipl.ing.arh., license number A 3124. The subject of the procurement relates to the execution of complex works of complete renovation of a public and social purpose building, of large estimated value, which is located in an urban historical complex and has the characteristics of a cultural good. The execution of such works requires a high degree of organization of the construction site, sequence of procedures, quality control, risk management, environmental protection, and protection of the health and safety of workers and third parties.
