Design, technical assistance and construction works for the investment project: "Modernisation of county road DJ 249D: - Intersection DJ 249A (Cristești) – Intersection DJ 249E (Țuțora), km 0+000 - 7+660", in accordance with the award documentation. Estimated value: 35,039,550.69 lei excluding VAT, is composed of: - expenditure for technical design and technical assistance from the designer – 531,042.90 lei excluding VAT; - expenditure for construction and installation (C+M) – 34,508,507.79 lei excluding VAT. The project budget includes miscellaneous and unforeseen expenditure in the amount of 3,506,777.09 lei excluding VAT. The value of the miscellaneous and unforeseen expenditure can be accessed at any time during the execution of the contract, under the conditions laid down in Article 221 of Law No. 98/2016. In accordance with the provisions of Article 160(1) of Law 98/2016, as amended and supplemented, the deadline by which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. In accordance with the provisions of Article 160(2) and Article 161(2) of Law No. 98/2016, the contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarification by the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
