The subject of the contract is the execution of construction, conservation, installation works, and the revitalization of land development within the task entitled “Repair, reconstruction and expansion of the historic public utility building – Coach House with the courtyard of Kubicki Stables and a section of the fence, construction of an underground retention tank with installations and reconstruction of the heating network related to the elimination of collisions with the planned reconstruction for the needs of the exhibition storage of collections”, located on the territory of the Royal Łazienki Museum in Warsaw at 29 Listopada 3A. The scope of the task also includes the execution of accompanying infrastructure, including an underground retention tank with installations, the relocation of the heating network related to the elimination of collisions with the planned reconstruction for the needs of the exhibition storage of collections, and the development of the area covered by the design, including the revitalization of the courtyard surface. 2. The scope of the task (basic contract) includes in particular: a) repair, reconstruction and expansion of the historic Coach House building, including, among others, construction, structural, demolition, insulation, roofing, finishing, conservation and restoration works, and equipment; b) execution of new and reconstruction of existing sanitary, electrical and telecommunication installations, along with the required tests, examinations, acceptance and commissioning; c) execution of works related to the arrangement and revitalization of the courtyard of Kubicki Stables and the area covered by the design, including the surface and small architecture elements; d) reconstruction and restoration of the section of the fence covered by the scope of documentation; e) execution of technical and retention infrastructure, including an underground retention tank with installations; f) relocation of low and high parameter heating networks in the scope related to the elimination of collisions with the planned building expansion, along with the required accompanying works, tests, acceptance and commissioning; g) execution of as-built documentation, conservation documentation and other documents required for acceptance, settlement and proper completion of the contract. 3.
