Description

The subject of the contract is the supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of 20 measuring systems for measuring the level of rainwater in closed channels, including data transmission, visualization and system maintenance: Stage 1: purchase of 20 units of measuring devices - recorders with a contactless digital radar probe with liquid and replaceable battery power supply, additional power supply set, range-enhancing antenna, SIM card for measuring the water level in a closed channel, Stage 2: Maintenance of the system within the warranty period. Detailed requirements are contained in Annex 4 to the SWZ. 2. The detailed scope of services, the manner of contract execution and the obligations of the contractor are specified in the following documents:  Annex 4 to the SWZ i.e. Description of the Subject of the Contract  Annex 3 to the SWZ i.e. Draft Contract Terms and Conditions with annexes. 3. The contracting authority allows the submission of partial bids. 4. The contracting authority does not require employment, as referred to in Article 95(1)-(2) of the Pzp Act. 5. The contracting authority does not allow the submission of alternative bids. 6. The contracting authority does not intend to call a meeting of Contractors. 7. The contracting authority does not require a site visit or verification by the contractor of the documents necessary for the execution of the contract, available at the contracting authority's premises. 8. The contracting authority does not provide for the selection of the most advantageous bid using an electronic auction. 9. The contracting authority does not intend to conclude a framework agreement. 10. The contracting authority does not provide for the reimbursement of costs in the procedure. 11. The contracting authority does not reserve the obligation of personal performance by the contractor of key tasks in accordance with Article 60 and Article 121 of the Pzp Act. 12. The contracting authority does not require or allow the possibility of submitting a bid in the form of electronic catalogues or attaching electronic catalogues to the bid. 13. The contracting authority does not specify additional requirements related to the employment of persons, as referred to in Article 96(2)(2) of the Pzp Act. 14. The contracting authority does not reserve the possibility of applying for a contract to be awarded exclusively to contractors, as referred to in Article 94 of the Pzp Act. 15. The contracting authority does not provide for the possibility of awarding contracts, as referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Pzp Act. 16. The procedure is conducted using electronic communication means via the e-Zamówienia Platform, which is available at https://ezamowienia.gov.pl. Bids are submitted through the e-Zamówienia Platform. Detailed regulations in the contract documents. 17. The bid validity date is 21.11.2026. 18. The contracting authority will require a guarantee of proper contract performance at 5%.
