France – Printing and related services – IMPRESSION ET DISTRIBUTION DE SUPPORTS DE COMMUNICATION / EVENEMENTIEL ET PAPETERIE

This consultation concerns the provision of printing and distribution services for communication and event materials, and stationery for the framework agreement concluded between the commune of Les Herbiers, the Communauté de Communes du Pays des Herbiers and the CIAS du Pays des Herbiers. The Ville des Herbiers is designated as the coordinator of the group, with the status of contracting authority. It is responsible, in this capacity, for carrying out the entire competitive tendering procedure, for selecting the successful tenderers and for awarding the contracts for each member. Each member of the group will sign and execute its own contract, for the share allocated to it. The description of the services and their technical specifications are indicated in the Cahiers des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP) for the 5 lots and the Schedules of Unit Prices.
