Croatia – Refuse disposal and treatment – Usluga uklanjanja i zbrinjavanja i/ili oporabe nepropisno odloženog otpada u Gospiću (1. faza)

The subject of the procurement is the removal of improperly disposed waste in a scattered state at the location (landfill of stored "plastic waste") and its disposal (final disposal procedures) and/or recovery (final recovery procedures) in accordance with the Waste Management Act ("Official Gazette" no. 84/21, 142/23) and the sublegislative acts of the Republic of Croatia, and in accordance with the regulations of the EU, if applicable, which govern the aforementioned area (hereinafter: Waste Management Act). The subject of the procurement must allow loading into vehicles (closed for waste scattering), weighing at the nearest available location, transport to the waste management location, and disposal and/or recovery in the total estimated quantity of 4,500.00 tonnes, in an exemplary and adequate manner, and in accordance with the Waste Management Act, the conditions and requirements of the Procurement Documentation and the planned deadlines.
