The subject of the order is the supply of sets for the embolisation of intracranial vascular aneurysms and single-use products for neurosurgical procedures for SPWSZ in Szczecin – Part I. The contractor is obliged to implement the order on the principles and conditions described in the contract project, which is Annex 4 to SWZ, and in the detailed description of the subject of the order, which is Annex 1 to SWZ and Annex 1A to SWZ.
