Description

The subject of the order is the supply of: Integrated imaging station, including a confocal microscope with a module for dynamic testing and a stereoscopic microscope – 1 unit for the Department of Process Engineering and Polymer and Carbon Materials Technology, Faculty of Chemistry, Wrocław University of Technology. The purchase will be financed from the funds of the targeted grant of the Minister of Science for the implementation of the investment related to the scientific activity entitled "µBionicsLab - Laboratory of microfabrication of bionic systems", contract no. 2323/0223/IA/SP/2025. 2. CPV code: 38510000-3 microscopes. 3. Place of delivery: Building C-6 room 25, 50-371 Wrocław, ul. C.K. Norwida 4-6. 4. The subject of the order includes supply, installation, commissioning and user training in the scope indicated in the Order Description – Annex 3 to SWZ. 5. A detailed description of the subject of the order is in Annex 3 to SWZ - OPZ. The detailed scope of the subject of the order, being the projected provisions of the contract for the public order, is in the contract template, which is Annex 2 to SWZ. 7. Delivery completion date: 90 days. 8. In accordance with Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party envisages the possibility of invalidating the subject of the procedure, if the funds that the Ordering Party intended to allocate for the financing of the whole or part of the order have not been granted to them. 9. The Ordering Party envisages the application of the so-called reverse procedure, as mentioned in Article 139(1) of the Public Procurement Law, i.e. the Ordering Party will first carry out an examination and evaluation of the offers, and then qualify the Contractor, whose offer was most highly rated, in terms of the absence of grounds for exclusion and the fulfilment of the conditions for participation in the procedure. 10. The Contractor is bound by the offer from the expiry of the offer submission deadline until 16/12/2026 (90 days). 11. The offer must consist of the following documents: 1) the Contractor's offer form – Annex 1 to SWZ (interactive form available on the e-Ordering Platform, indicating in particular the offer price for the entire subject of the order) 2) declaration, as mentioned in Section VII point 1 SWZ - JEDZ - interactive form available on the e-Ordering Platform 3) declaration, as mentioned in Section VII point 1a SWZ - Declarations Annex 5a and 5b to SWZ; 4) (if applicable) declarations of reservation of information constituting business secrets in accordance with Section X point 6; 5) document(s) from which the right to sign the Offer arises, i.e. in order to confirm that the person acting on behalf of the Contractor is empowered to represent them, the Ordering Party requires the Contractor to provide a copy or information from the National Court Register, Central Information and Business Activity Register or other relevant register; 6) (if applicable) Declaration of Contractors jointly applying for the order - in accordance with Article 117(4) of the Public Procurement Law; 7) Annex 3 to SWZ - description of the offered subject of the order (OPZ) - cost estimate 8) The order may be applied for by Contractors who are not excluded on the basis of the rules set out in Chapter VI of the SWZ and who meet the conditions for participation in the procedure set by the Ordering Party. The Ordering Party sets the condition of technical or professional capacity. The Ordering Party considers the condition to be met if the Contractor proves that, in the last three years before the expiry of the offer submission deadline, or if the period of business activity is shorter – in this period, it has supplied at least 1 delivery of a confocal microscope with a value of at least 600,000.00 PLN gross. For the above values indicated by the Contractor in a currency other than PLN, the Ordering Party will accept the exchange rate according to the average rate of the National Bank of Poland for the given currency on the date of initiation of this procedure (i.e. the date of publication of the order notice in the Official Journal of the EU). The Ordering Party, before selecting the most advantageous offer, calls the Contractor, whose offer was most highly rated, to submit, within a period not shorter than 10 days, current subject-specific means specified in SWZ Section VII.
