Tiling - MNGES VE 5.3 Tiling Description of the measure The present construction project involves the new construction of the Martin-Niemöller Comprehensive School in Bielefeld. The planning area extends to a northern and a southern plot of land with building structures to be erected on each: BA South Plot of land: approx. 8,995 m2 maximum floor area: approx. 3,457 m2 (basement) gross volume: approx. 37,674 m3 (Category R) gross floor area: approx. 7,128 m2 (Category R) max. building height OK attic: 14.75 m BA North Plot of land: approx. 11,960 m2 maximum floor area: approx. 7,549 m2 (basement) gross volume: approx. 89,887 m3 (Category R) gross floor area: approx. 16,927 m2 (Category R) max. building height OK attic: 21.80 m Type of service VE 5.3 includes the tiling work in both construction sections and screed work in the large kitchen in the south building and the warming kitchen in the north building. The scope of services of the contractor in the construction section includes, among other things, the manufacture, delivery and installation of: - sealing works - tiling works - screed works (insulating layers, acid-resistant sealing, (heating) screed) Period of performance According to the preliminary construction schedule, the following periods of performance are envisaged for the tiling works: - Contractor tiling works: envisaged week 13/2027 - 03/2028 South building: envisaged week 13/2027 - week 33/2027 North building: envisaged week 22/2027 - 03/2028 Location of the construction site The construction site is bounded to the west by Apfelstraße and to the north by Westerfeldstraße. Bidders are recommended to inspect the construction area/construction plots before submitting an offer to establish a basis for calculation.
