Norway – Supply services of medical personnel – Framework agreement for the hire of doctors.

The contracting authority needs to enter into framework agreements for the hire of doctors. The aim is to ensure that the municipality always has access to sufficient manpower in order to maintain proper and legal operation of its entities. The framework agreement will apply for all municipal entities, including institutions, emergency doctor surgeries and doctor ́s offices.
