Germany – Composting services – Kompostierungsleistungen

The composting services arising on the four composting sites operated by the Municipal Department of Urban Planning and Construction, Division of Horticulture of the City of Munich, are to be carried out. The material arising is temporarily stored, separated into cemetery waste and other organic material. To avoid odour nuisance for neighbouring residents, the operator ensures that, particularly for leaf composting, structural material such as wood, branches and woody sieve overflow is available.
