The subject of the contract is the execution and exclusive operation of public scheduled interurban passenger road transport, as well as accompanied baggage over 10 kilograms or unaccompanied baggage, by bus in the Region of Western Macedonia and more specifically in the network depicted in ANNEX IV of the Declaration through a contract for the provision of public passenger transport services, in accordance with the provisions of Law 4974/2022 and in particular, Chapter E, as well as Regulation (EC) 1370/2007. Specifically, the subject of the contract is the "Grant of the right of exclusive operation of public scheduled interurban passenger transport by bus in the Region of Western Macedonia", estimated value 118,500,000.00 € plus VAT [that is, 11,850,000 € annually, for ten (10) years].
