The subject of the contract is: Delivery of small laboratory equipment, immunochromatographic tests, reagents and tests for diagnostic analyses in the field of general analytics, syphilis, drug allergy, detection of antibodies in the diagnosis of autoimmune diseases in rheumatology, neurology, gastroenterology, coagulation and vascular, respiratory, and urogenital systems by ELISA method along with the lease of an analyser along with the analyser as a backup to perform all the required tests for Wojewódzki Szpital Specjalistyczny im. NMP in Częstochowa. 2. The subject of the contract is described in the assortment-price forms, which are Annex No. 2 to SWZ. Other conditions related to the execution of the contract are specified in Annex No. 6 to SWZ, which is the draft contract clauses (PPU). 3. The contracting authority allows the submission of partial offers. By a partial offer, it is understood to be individual parts determined in Annex No. 2 to SWZ. The contractor may submit an offer for any parts or for the entire subject of the contract. 4. The subject of the contract includes 20 parts, namely: PART NO. 1 - Immunochromatographic cassette test for detecting antigens in throat, nose, and nasopharyngeal swabs: Ag SARS-CoV-2, flu A/B antigen RSV/ADV; antigen RhV/PIV; metapneumovirus hPMV; M. pneumoniae for the Department of Clinical Microbiology for a period of 24 months.
