1. The subject of the procurement is the supply of medical equipment to the Military Medical Institute - PIB. 2. The contracting authority allows the submission of partial tenders. 3. The procurement has been divided into 12 lots. 4. A detailed description of the subject of the procurement is contained in Annex No. 3 to the tender documents. 5. The contractor is obligated to execute the procurement on the principles and conditions specified in the draft contracts constituting Annex No. 5 to the tender documents.
